Greetings from the East Bay Oaks Girls Baseball Club. We are a two-year-old Albany-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to girls who want to play baseball. Our Oaks teams train and play in a girls' national tournament held in Rockford, Illinois, each summer. This year, in addition to this tournament, the Oaks are hosting a Western Regionals tournament right here in Albany from June 22-24. More than 150 players and family members from around California, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Berkeley, Albany, Alameda, Concord and Sacramento, will converge on the University Village and Ocean View fields for a weekend of competition, camaraderie and fun.
